d365 Guide helps organizations choose the right partner for Microsoft Dynamics 365. So you can trust what we show, this page explains how the partner program works – and which partners you actually meet on the site.
Which partners are included
The partners you see on d365 Guide are those who have chosen to participate on the platform. It is therefore not an exhaustive list of every Dynamics 365 partner, but a selection of the partners who have joined.
We are open about this so you can evaluate our comparisons with the right expectation: they cover the participating partners, presented on equal terms.
How a partner joins
A partner is included by paying a fixed participation fee. The fee is the same for every partner, regardless of size.
How partners are presented and compared
No partner can pay for a better ranking, a stronger review, or a higher spot in a match.
When we display or suggest partners, we base it on how well they fit your requirements and needs – not on who pays the most, since everyone pays the same. Profile cards, comparisons, and price indications are indicative inputs that help you qualify your options. The final choice, and the contact, always rests with you.
AI is not used to filter partners out. AI may be used to interpret matching signals, summarize relevance, and phrase explanations, but the core selection is based on structured criteria.
Our role – and yours
We stand on the buyer's side. We sell neither systems nor implementation, and we do not sign contracts on behalf of any partner. Our job is to give you a confident and defensible basis for your decision.
When you are ready, you reach out to the partners you want to talk to yourself, at your own pace. We share knowledge – not contracts.
