Disclaimer, interpretation and presentation of partner information

General information on the site
Information on d365guide.com aims to present a fair view of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 market. The landscape moves quickly and features, pricing and licensing terms may change. Always verify the latest details before making decisions, and cross-check with relevant partners or directly with Microsoft.

Needs analyses and AI Readiness
Our needs analyses (ERP, Sales & Marketing, Customer Service and AI Readiness) are advisory analyses — not requirement specifications. They give an indication of direction, maturity and possible solution paths, but do not replace a formal analysis carried out together with a partner.
PDF reports articulate a preliminary solution hypothesis as a starting point for conversations — not as a binding document.
Requirement specifications
The requirement specifications on d365guide.com start from a blank document and are generated with AI based on your inputs. They are advisoryand must always be validated by you and one or more partners before being used in a procurement.
ROI calculations and price indications
ROI calculations (Business Central, Sales, product ROI) are simplified estimates intended as decision support. Use them to establish an order of magnitude and validate assumptions with two or three relevant partners before making an investment decision.
Stated licence prices are indicative and may be changed by Microsoft. Final pricing is set by your partner and licensing counterparty.
Comparisons between systems and partners
Pricing, licensing terms and functionality can change over time. Our comparisons are buyer-side guidance, not guarantees. They offer a structured starting point for your own conversations with Microsoft and partners.
Presentation of partner information
Partners are presented in two ways on d365guide.com:
- Connected partners have reviewed and confirmed their details (competencies, industries, geography, contact channels) through our partner portal. d365guide.com uses AI to interpret, structure and summarise the information so that the parts we consider most relevant to you as a buyer stand out more clearly. What you see is a buyer-side presentation, not a verbatim reproduction of the partner's profile.
- Basic cards are overviews compiled by d365guide.com from public sources. The information is limited and mediated contact via d365guide.com is not yet enabled for these partners. Details may be out of date or incomplete — partners can complete their profile if they want to adjust the picture.
Observed industries, sizes, revenue and geography are based on open sources (partners' own websites, Microsoft AppSource, public references). They are interpretations and may differ from the partner's own positioning.
Matches and rankings are indicative decision support. No partner can pay for a better placement — all connected partners pay the same fee. Read more in How the partner collaboration works and in our disclosure of ownership and interests.
AI-generated content
Parts of the content — requirement specifications, summaries, match explanations and some recommendations — are generated or processed by AI. AI can be wrong or lack context. The content should be read as material to qualify, not as final truth.
Limitation of liability
d365guide.com is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of content on the site, nor for any damages arising from use of information, analyses, calculations or partner presentations. Always verify critical assumptions with Microsoft and relevant partners before signing contracts.
